Cancellation Policy

In this policy we’ve attempted to care for needs like sustainability, learning and engagement, ease and support.

If you want to cancel before the first session and having gone not further than unit 2 then there’s a full refund minus $50 processing fee.
If you decide after the first 1-1 session and not having gone beyond unit 2 that you’d like to cancel then there’s a full refund minus $350.
Beyond unit 2 – no refund given
