Cancellation Policy

In this policy we’ve attempted to care for needs like sustainability, learning and engagement, ease and support.

• If you want to cancel before the first session and having gone not further than unit 2 then there’s a full refund minus $50 processing fee. 
• If you decide after the first 1-1 session and not having gone beyond unit 2 that you’d like to cancel then there’s a full refund minus $350.
• Beyond unit 2 – no refund given
